My favorite quote is “Life begins outside of your comfort zone”, and so I knew I had to go for it.  After 20+ years as an HR/Talent executive in industries ranging from fashion and digital/technology to media and financial services, I was eager to bring my passion, energy, and drive to clients that are ready for a different kind of HR.  Welcome to Assemble Consulting.

 

To me, Assemble is about bringing teams together to improve results.  It’s about helping leaders to create the strongest, tightest teams that communicate effectively and are aimed toward common goals.  It’s about mobilizing top talent by creating strategic organizational designs.  It’s about the belief that effective relationships help leaders create a #WorkplaceThatWorks.
 

I am proud to have learned the ropes in start-up environments, owner/founder lead businesses and large corporations.  The one-on-one work with C-level partners, the complex reorganizations/organizational transformations, and the culture and communication strategy work have all shaped my vision for what HR partnership can be.  

It's not about the rule book or the policy manual.  It's not about saying "No" or holding people back.  It's a different approach; it's about what can be done when people Assemble.  It's about bringing my feedback model of  #CandorCourageAndCare™ to life.  I look forward to partnering with you and your teams.
