DEI Strategic Advisement


Our experts can join, co-lead and assist with facilitation and guidance of the diversity workstreams. We help the teams identify key strategies to win in recruitment, training, events, recognition, vendor relationships, mentorship, and communication; and then execute plans against these strategies.

Assessing the DEI Landscape -Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Analysis
In order to create a meaningful and authentic diversity strategy for your organization, it’s important to benchmark where the company currently stands in the eyes of leadership as well as the employees. Through qualitative and quantitative measures, we’ll compile a synthesized report complete with recommendations on how to build Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into the culture of your organization.

Audit the Bias
Bias can creep into a company through its hiring practices, onboarding, compensation structures, and many other entry points. We work with leaders on analyzing current policies and practices to provide recommendations for fast and measurable improvement.

  • New Hire onboarding logistics

  • Administration of Open Enrollment Process

  • Executive onboarding & off-boarding (white glove, hands on support)

  • Facilitate off-boarding logistics (oversee, with team assistance)

  • Employee Support (manage Asana helpdesk ticketing system, assign tickets to relevant members, meet SLAs)

  • HRIS System Maintenance: Research new potential vendors to support globally & manage implementation as

  • needed

  • Talent Review/ Comp Statements creation and upload

  • Processing of Employee Changes

  • Ensure payroll information/emails are saved on file for compliance and reviewing payroll purposes i.e. offer letters, emails pertaining to payroll payouts, etc.

  • Mandatory requirements (e.g. NY Anti-Harassment Training)

  • Employee Handbook & Policies

  • FLSA review and classification

  • I9 Re-verifications

  • Employee leave of absence administration

  • Visa Tracking

  • Provide Employment verifications

  • Coordinate leave documentation, when needed

  • Ad hoc (administrative) employee requests for employment info, as mutually agreed upon between company and Assemble HR
