Candor, Courage, & Care - Difficult Conversations™ (2.0)
In Candor, Courage, and Care™ 1.0 we introduced the fundamentals of delivering feedback and creating true cultures of honest feedback. We explored what holds us back and learned models to open communication between one another. But what happens when you need to give really difficult feedback? The type of feedback you know someone may take personally, or feedback that will be uncomfortable to deliver? In this session, we take #CandorCourageAndCare™ to a new level and build upon the models used in Candor Courage and Care™ 1.0 to navigate having difficult and productive feedback conversations.
Hybrid Work - Bootcamp

During the session, team members will align personal needs and work expectations, develop a consistent communication cadence, and identify ways to create connection - leaving with a plan that sets the team up for success.
Leadership in our New Normal: The Importance of Empathy & Communication
As leaders, people look to us for compassion, vision, hope, and stability. But where do leaders look in these moments, and how can leaders stay strong, centered, focused, and productive during constant and continuous challenges? In an environment where we have all been impacted by a global pandemic, social injustice, and constant change, the role of a leader is truly put to the test and redefined. In this intimate virtual session, we discuss how to effectively communicate, empathize, and help others navigate during difficult times. First, we engage in a facilitated open forum about the significant impact of this time period and the losses and changes that each person has experienced. Then, participants learn about the difference between change and transition, the 3 stages of transition, and leave the session with specific tactics on how to lead others through times of crisis. We've never been in a time like this, and this program is for everyone.
Let's Talk Executive Roundtables
One of the most important aspects of learning is listening. In our intimate (virtual) roundtables, our expert talent strategists create a thoughtfully facilitated opportunity for group conversations about employees’ individual perceptions and experiences within the organization as they relate to these crucial and sensitive topics. Colleagues are given the chance to learn about one another and to share how they feel as it relates to the current environment with the support and guidance of seasoned group facilitators. Most importantly, the roundtables are a safe space that inspires engaging dialogue while strengthening teams and building inclusion. Most often, this is the best place to start. Let’s Talk sessions accommodate 10-15 team members each and we facilitate open dialogue for up to 2 hours in each group.

Congrats, you're a new manager! Now, what? In this funny and engaging "crash course", we give you the "Cliff's Notes" version of the basics! What are the key qualities of a good leader, and what is your personal leadership style? What are the key differences between managing and coaching, and what are the basic skills to employ for both? How does the manager impact Employee Experience, and why is that important in today's workplace? Learn that here and get started on the right foot!
Managing vs. Coaching
What are the differences between managing and coaching? Learn about them in this workshop! Coaching is all about asking great, open-ended questions and helping to maximize the performance of another person. In this interactive program, we share an easy-to-remember coaching model, we demo, we practice, and each person leaves with new skills that she can put to work tomorrow! You don't need to be a manager of others to participate in this program as we all benefit by understanding these critical skills and learning more about how to impact others with effective communication and care.
Motivation for Engagement
This program focuses on the true definition of employee engagement and its connection to motivation. In this interactive learning experience, we learn about the common myths of motivation, how to better understand the engagement levels on our teams, and how managers can tap into the individual motivators for each person on the team. This workshop gets participants interacting and sharing what matters most with our team members and fellow learners. What do we hear most after this session is delivered: “I had no idea my team member felt that way!”. It’s a real eye-opener!
Peak Performance Through Prioritization
Does your "to-do" list seem to always be growing? Are you actually too busy to learn how to manage it? Every time you cross something off, it feels like 2 more things get added? Managing our time is often easier said than done. In this workshop, you will be introduced to a time management matrix that helps you not only identify urgent and important tasks but create an action plan for prioritizing them. Participants will leave with the ability to decipher between urgent and important tasks, tips on how to delegate specific tasks, and best practices for deciding what can be eliminated from those pesky to-do lists.
